3M Fluorinert™ FC-3283

3M™ Fluorinert™ Electronic Liquid FC-3283 is also a perfluorinated inert liquid manufactured by 3M. It belongs to the same series as the previously mentioned FC-40, but has a smaller molecular weight. Its most prominent feature is its extremely simple and pure composition (it is not prone to component evaporation or drift over time), and its low boiling point (about 128 °C), making it widely used in temperature control in semiconductor manufacturing.
