3M Fluorinert™ FC-40

3M Fluorinert™ FC-40 is a high-purity perfluorocarbon electronic fluorinated fluid with perfluorotributylamine (CAS No.: 311-89-7) as its main component. With a nominal boiling point of 155°C, it is an industry-leading heat transfer fluid used in semiconductor wafer manufacturing (such as etching machine temperature control and wafer hermeticity testing) and high-power electronic liquid cooling.
