Fluere 500 Anti-fingerprint Coating

Fluere-500 is a high-performance fluorinated anti-fouling coating concentrate (AF oil) developed for high-end anti-fouling and anti-fingerprint applications. Its core market positioning is a 1:1 replacement for Daikin's OPTOOL UD509, helping touch display and optical processing companies reduce raw material costs while maintaining equivalent process quality.

Fluere-500 perfectly matches the top-tier performance of Daikin UD509, and its initial purpose was to completely replace it. The curing and application processes of Fluere-500 are completely identical to Daikin's, typically requiring no changes to existing production line processes.
The molecular structure is the same as that of a modified fluorosilicone compound, a perfluoropolyether (PFPE). Its fluorine groups provide low surface energy (hydrophobic and oleophobic), while the siloxane groups form a strong chemical cross-link with glass or SiO2 surfaces.
