Product Overview

Key Physical Properties

  • Boiling Point: 34°C (93°F), a low-boiling-point liquid.
  • Freezing Point: -122.5°C.
  • Dielectric Strength: Approximately 40 kV, excellent insulation properties; leakage will not damage electronic components.
  • Kinematic Viscosity: 0.32 cSt at 25°C; even at extreme low temperatures of -120°C, the viscosity is less than 20 cSt, maintaining excellent fluidity.
  • Flash Point: None (non-flammable liquid).

Main Application Scenarios

  • Semiconductor Manufacturing: Used for cooling and temperature control of automated test equipment (ATE), wafer fabrication equipment, dry etching machines, and ion implanters.
  • Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals: Cooling chemical reaction vessels at extremely low temperatures.
  • Cryogenics: Commonly used as a cryogenic heat transfer medium due to its low viscosity at low temperatures.
